Moravska – Salad characteristic for the region around the river Morava. Ingredients: grilled pepper, tomato, garlic, and sunflower oil

TRADITIONAL DISHES
Belmuž – the meaning of the word is 'a strong man'. This traditional shepherd meal characteristic for the Eastern Serbia is made from white and fat mutton cheese and corn flour. It is believed that it is an aphrodisiac.
Pasulj tavče – A traditional meal, characteristic for the southern Serbia and Macedonia. The beans are cooked and then baked with spices in a ceramic bowl.
Leskovačka mućkalica* (Leskovac-style stew) – a dish characteristic for the region around the city of Leskovac. The dish is made from pork and/or beef meat and it used to be mildly hot.
Teleća glava tavče* – This picante dish with a strong taste is made from the meat taken from a calf's head, bacon, and vegetables. In the final stage, the dish is baked in a ceramic bowl.
Jagnjeća sarmica tavče – This picante and very tasteful dish is made from the lamb's intestines and rice wrapped up into a lung handkerchief. In the final stage, the dish is baked in a ceramic bowl with the addition of milk and scrambled eggs.
